For example, I would send a message at 7pm saying “can you ask the seller to make sure the belt is rolled and not folded” I receive a respond at 3 am “what do you mean” I reply at 7 am “I mean I want them to bundle it so it doesn’t crease” they reply at 3am the next day “the seller ship how they please I can do nothing sorry friend” This is a completely made up conversation that has never happened but this is the gist of all my inquiries some things that should be answered in seconds go on for days because of the sleep schedule difference and language barrier. But again, you get what you pay for and this isn’t Bloomies. Also PRO TIP: instead of messing the agents who are assigned to your orders, I often messaged the online 24/7 general site help, they actually tended to respond within minutes and spoke better english and if I sent them my order number they could pull up all the info.

Calling all artists! The Madison Arts Commission and The Bubbler at Madison Public Library are launching a new, 11 month artist residency program based out of a dedicated art studio at Thurber Park. Artist(s) will carry out their residency in the Thurber Park art studio, and their work will culminate in a public art commission created during their time there. The artist or artist pair will also engage with the local community through free, open studio days, community workshops, neighborhood partnerships, and larger community events hosted out of their space.
