Robert Payne, of no fixed abode, has been jailed for 21 months at Cambridge Crown CourtA prolific offender has been given a 21 month sentence for offences including stealing commemorative coins and hurling racist abuse at a police officer.Robert Payne, of Central Avenue in Cambridge, pleaded guilty to 13 charges at Cambridge Crown Court today (Wednesday, September 13).The 31 year old who already has 33 convictions on 77 charges was in custody ahead of the court hearing.Judge Stuart Bridge sentenced Payne to 21 months in custody.
